Title: Paris and her Pampered Pooch

Designer: Betty Park

Garment Description

Betty Park's garment is made from seed bags, very old tin, wire clips and potato bags.  The dress is a baby doll style made by suspending 180 tin discs with wire netting clips from more strips of tin.  The moulded bodice is also made from tin strips and held in place with rivets.  Paris's hat is a jockey style cap made from tin and lined with hessian with pink details.  This famous Hilton's blonde hair is made from bleached hessian bags and her trademark large sunglasses are from tin and drink bottle plastic.  Paris is carrying a large pink bag containing Tinker Bell her Chihuahua looking cheekily out the top.  The bag is trimmed with buckles and straps.  Her shoes are formed from silicone, tin with pink trim.  Large pink earrings and a necklace complete the outfit.

Designer's Background

Betty Park is retired and still has interests in sewing, tennis, her family and friends and gardening.
