Profits are put back into the community in the form of donations to help fund local infrastructure and activities, and compensation to local organisations for volunteer hours contributed to the staging of the Elmore Field Days or other events.

The involvement of volunteers has been the backbone of these field days since inception - they are the lifeline of our organisation.
