Welcome to Elmore Field Days

Food & Wine Pavilion - NEW EXHIBIT


Food and Wine will be a feature of the 2014 Elmore Field Days.  Our local region and that of Victoria is well known for producing fine foods.

We would like to showcase this produce in the new food and wine pavilion.  The pavilion will host approximately 24 exhibitors and will be a draw card for this years event.

If you grow it, bake it and make it, then we want you.

We are looking for exhibitors who produce their own sauces, jams, cordials, cheese, meat, wine, spirits, liquors, juices, spices etc from their land.

Exhibitor Forms 

Current exhibitors who wish to apply for a change in their site size or location are requested to complete and submit to our office. Download Exhibitor Change Request

Current exhibitors are required to submit a site safety plan with their Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors who have a new release, which they wish to register for promotional purposes or to enter the Awards are required to complete the New Release Notification Form

Exhibitor wishing to demonstrate cultivation / hay / silage equipment during the event are required to complete the Inpaddock Demonstration Form

Exhibitors wishing to place an advert in the Elmore Field Days Official Program are required to complete the Official Program Advertising Form

Elmore Events Centre - A Venue For Business

moreThe Elmore Events Centre is home to the annual Elmore Field Days in October each year together with a growing range of agricultural and other functions and events. Conveniently situated in north central Victoria this unique venue will soon be an even more valuable facility when the major new development and building plan is completed later in the year to complement the existing facilities on the 154 ha site.
