Prospective Exhibitor Information

Prospective Exhibitors interested in applying for a site at the forthcoming Elmore Field Days should follow the procedure below:-

1. An expression of interest form can be downloaded from our website. Expression of Interest Form  This asks you for details in regard to your business and the product which you would like to exhibit.  The form outlines the areas available and the costs and sizes of the sites.
   
   
2. When your Expression of Interest is received it is held on file with the purpose of consideration for the current year Field Days only.
   
   
3. Once the current exhibitors have been placed, if there is space available, your application will be duly considered for acceptance by the Static Display committee, which does give preference to exhibits with an agricultural focus.
   
   
4. Upon acceptance, you will be contacted to confirm your availability, offered site choices available and then a current year prospectus will be forwarded to you for your completion.  This process will not occur until late July of each year.
   
   We prefer to receive expressions of interest between 1st March and 27th May, however they may be sent at any time throughout the year.  All expressions of interest for each year are required by 27th May.
   
   
5. Expressions of interest may be sent by post, fax or emailed to sam@elmorefielddays.com.au
