The main role I have had with the field days is Airport Steward. I oversee the airport during the field days and during the year, as well as make sure it is maintained and up to standard.
How many years have you been on the committee / involved in the Field Days for?
I have been involved with the field days for a long time, My father Bill Cowan was heavily involved for many years but I officially joined the committee about 10 years ago.
Why did you join the Committee?
My father was the Airport Steward for about 20 years. When I took over from him, I joined the committee as well.
What is your favourite part of the Field Days?
I really like going to the meetings each month, having a chat to everyone and being involved.
How do you enjoy spending your spare time?
I enjoy fishing and camping, I like to head to the Murray river on the Victorian side whenever I can.
